村情材料记载，该村主要经济作物为北运菜，特色收入来自冬季雪豆和尖椒，上一年农村经济总收入为1200万元。[1]

村里为水路村、古楼村铺设了水泥路面，约3公里，集资六十多万元。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

上良在1965年公社化时成为大队，1983年建乡，1987年起由村民委员会管理，1989年一度称管理区办事处，1999年恢复村民委员会之名，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，上良村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
