胜利农场是广东省茂名市高州市的国营农场，在统计用区划中列为高州市的乡镇级单位，属广东农垦系统茂名农垦下辖的农场之一。[1][3]农场建于1952年，场部在高州市的南塘镇，以橡胶为主，也种荔枝、龙眼。[1][2]

据博雅地名网所录的农场概况，该场的创建时间是1952年。[2]维基百科称，它是茂名农垦的十二家国营农场之一。[3]

地理环境[edit]

农场地处粤西丘陵，场部在南塘镇。概况称207国道和连接广东、广西的仙松线一级公路穿过场区。[2]土地共6230公顷，已开垦使用的有6030公顷。[2]

人口[edit]

概况记2010年总人口1394人，同一处另写职工1690人，两个数字互相矛盾；博雅地名网首页另列人口约6100人。[1][2]

经济[edit]

概况称全场有50个单位，其中橡胶生产单位44个，此外是车队、轮胎厂、商贸公司以及医院、学校和幼儿园。植胶3500多公顷，干胶年产量在3000吨以下。生产的橡胶浓乳在1995年、1999年和2001年先后得到中国农业博览会的铜质奖和名牌产品奖。水果方面，荔枝、龙眼等果园800多公顷，每年出产水果2500吨以上。农场自称有「小西双版纳」的美称，此为该概况的说法。[2]
