勤海社区是广东省茂名市电白区南海街道下辖的社区，位于南海半岛北面的二十九小区一带，博雅地名网将其归为主城区。[1]

沿革与荣誉[edit]

勤海最初是1958年的勤海大队，后来依次改称乡（1983年）、村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1992年起叫居委会，沿用至今。[1]2026年1月，勤海被评为广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

据博雅地名网（未注明统计年份）：社区分5个村民小组，在册535户、2240人，总面积0.05平方千米；以捕鱼为特色收入，上一年农村经济总收入1720万元，近年主要办法是拓展深海捕捞、开辟新的作业渔场。[1]
