牙象村是广东省茂名市茂南区金塘镇所辖的行政村[1]。村名沿革见于博雅地名网：1958年设牙象大队，1983年改称牙象乡人民政府，1987年成立牙象村村民委员会，1989年改称牙象管理区，1999年又改称村民委员会，名称沿用至今[1]。
