鸿城社区是吴川市海滨街道下辖的社区，居委会设在鸿城村，邻近吴川市区，辖5条自然村，总面积1.1平方千米，耕地60亩[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

鸿城在1949年是梅山区的鸿城乡，1958年成为大山江公社下的高级社，1983年复称乡，1987年起设管理区隶大山江镇，1997年5月改制居委会，从此属海滨街道[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

共270户，户籍人口1685人；设一所50年代创办的小学，占地2500平方米，另有综合市场，商铺不少[1]。街道概况称其下有崧高岭、新大岭、旧大岭、鹩歌寨4条自然村[2]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，社区进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位名单」；2026年3月又被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」[1]。
