历史沿革[edit]

社区在1960年代起为山基华大队，延续到1990年；其后设村委会（1991年起），2002年再改居委会，沿用至今[1]。

经济[edit]

社区耕地1495亩，有民营企业10家，其中环球电器工业有限公司被称为吴川的龙头企业；2007年工业产值合计2亿元[1]。此外有鱼塘100多亩，果园和林木1000多亩，还有一家养猪场[1]。社区设有集贸市场1个、小学1所[1]。
