罗灵村是雷州市纪家镇西南部的行政村，离镇政府18公里，与企水镇、唐家镇相邻。据博雅地名网，村民委员会设在罗灵村（罗灵周、罗灵黄，今简称周宅村、黄宅村），村名由此而来。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据记载，1485年吴、陈、庞三姓先迁入，后来卢、黄、周、王等姓相继迁来，立村为罗灵。解放后属遂溪县雷州府第八乡，1985年设纪家公社罗灵大队，1987年2月设罗灵村委会，1989年称罗灵管理区，1999年定名罗灵村民委员会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

据百度百科，村下辖8个自然村，即庞宅、黄宅、王内、王外、周宅和调建上、中、下三村，1900多人，耕地1200亩，主要产甘蔗、花生、水稻，有捕捞渔船42艘。[2]罗灵村入选湛江市2020年度文明村（2021年1月公布）。[1]
