名称由来[edit]

北联之名，据博雅地名网，来自村委会辖区内北卜袍、南卜袍、下葛、兴泰四个自然村的联合，合称北联。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

北联一带的隶属依次为：陈家乡（1951年）、陈家区（1958年）、海田大队（1964年）、卜袍大队（1980年）。1984年北联脱离卜袍大队单设大队，当年3月又撤大队改为乡。1987年2月改为村委会，1989年称北联管理区，1999年起为北联村民委员会。[1]
