地名与沿革[edit]

村前的沙堆形状像犁头，村民以犁头沙为名建村[1]。犁头沙大队由若干自然村合并而成，时在1959年，地址选在兔仔围村西；其后1983年设乡，1986年设村委会，1989年9月称管理区，1999年定名犁头沙村委会[1]。
