北堤村是广东省湛江市廉江市营仔镇下辖的行政村，村委会驻石牛潭村，辖5条自然村，因九洲江围堤得名[1]。

地名与沿革[edit]

村委会驻地北侧有河堤，故名北堤[1]。1958年九洲江筑成围堤，随之设北堤村委并办起北堤公社；1961年并回营仔公社，成为北堤大队；1983年起设乡，1987年称管理区，1999年定名北堤村委会[1]。北堤村在2026年3月获认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」[1]。

自然村与人口[edit]

村辖分溪、中间村、石牛潭、爻吉黄、蛇围5条自然村，1108户5184人（未注年份）[1]。2019年9月，村被列为「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」2018年创建单位[1]。
