小苏村是下洋镇下辖的行政村，1962年由那屋村迁出的村民在此立大队[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1962年，村民从那屋村迁来此地，设小苏大队；1984年划归龙江塘乡，1986年又从龙江塘分出，单设小苏村委会；次年起的管理区时期（1989年）之后，到1997年定名小苏村民委员会[1]。

小苏村列入广东省2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（2019年9月）[1]。
