北海村是湛江市徐闻县西连镇下属的一个村，在镇境内。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年，北海同龙腋合成一个乡；1958年二者各立大队，北海大队由此而来。1980年两队再度合并，称北龙乡，1986年又分开，北海单设村委会。其后1988年为管理区，1999年定名北海村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

北海村在2019年9月进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单，2021年1月入选「湛江市2020年度全市文明村」名单，2026年3月被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
