历史沿革[edit]
办公驻地在新村与九有村之间，两村各取一字，得名新有。[2]
1954年隶属于豆坡乡，1959年隶属于布政大队，1981年自布政大队独立，成立新有大队，1983年更名为新有管理区，1986年更名为新有村委会，1999年起定为新有村民委员会。[1]
文化[edit]
2026年3月，新有村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
2019年9月，该村被列为广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位（2018年度）。[1]
