克须村位于湛江市遂溪县洋青镇，是镇辖行政村，2015年从槟榔村民委员会分设。村子在乡村环境整治和基层治理上得到过多项表彰，2025年被命名为第七届全国文明村镇，2026年1月又入选广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

克须村所在的地方，早先是1950年成立的陈陆乡的一部分。陈陆大队后来把办公地迁到槟榔村，1959年起称槟榔大队，1999年定名槟榔村民委员会。2015年中旬，槟榔村民委员会按上级的机构重组精神拆分，克须村民委员会由此设立，沿用至今。[2]

荣誉[edit]

村里先后得到的荣誉有：2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」；2022年得「湛江市文明村」「遂溪县文明村镇」之称；2025年名列「第七届全国文明村镇」；2026年1月成为「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。百度百科另记其获过广东省卫生村、湛江市生态文明村称号。[1][2]

乡村建设[edit]

据百度百科，克须村用废旧轮胎、竹编簸箕等旧物改造出文化广场和口袋公园，并建起数字乡村联防联控平台，装有人工智能摄像头；村里实行文明实践积分制，以积分鼓励村民参加环境整治和村务。村集体出租商铺，每年收入三十余万元；村里还流转土地种植发财树，并规划引入社会资本建设民宿、书吧和文创集市。[1]

洋青镇2024年的工作总结称，镇里为克须村制定了省级典型村三年建设规划，投入资金300万元，谋划了乡村风貌提升、基础设施提档和农田水利等7个项目；以“废物—资源—产品—再利用”的循环模式打造绿色低碳的“乡村游”线路，并设“积分超市”，建设村智慧网格管理平台。镇的旅游线路中，包括以克须村为主的民俗文化体验之旅。[3]
