谢家村是广东省湛江市麻章区麻章镇的行政村。2015年以前，谢家村民委员会管辖9条自然村，农村基层组织重构后分为7个村民委员会，谢家内村、谢家外村仍归谢家村管。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1982年设谢家乡，1988年改称谢家管理区，1999年改为谢家村民委员会，当时共管9条自然村，即谢家内、谢家外、郭家、城家外、城家内、后河、后坡、云头上、云头下。[1]

2015年农村基层组织重构，原谢家村民委员会分为七个：谢家本村以及郭家、城家外、城家内、后河、云头上、云头下。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，谢家村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单」。[1]
