历史沿革[edit]

龙池的前身是1982年的龙池大队，1986年成管理区，2001年设村委会。2005年东山圩村委会并入，合并后的名字没有变，仍是龙池。[1]

荣誉[edit]

龙池村的荣誉依时间排列：2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2021年1月，在湛江市2020年度「全市文明村」名单上；2023年11月，成为广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村；2024年1月，被确定为2023年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
