麻斜社区是湛江市坡头区麻斜街道下辖的社区，驻地在麻斜街，社区因此得名。[1]前身是1987年设立的麻斜居委会，2002年改称麻斜社区居民委员会。[2]2026年1月，社区又被列入广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，清代这里隶属吴川县南一都，1898年4月法国租占后设“东营”。新中国成立初先属滨海区，1954年成立麻斜乡，1958年改作坡头公社的麻斜大队，1960年2月分出炮台农副业大队，1961年转归海头公社。坡头区1984年6月成立时划入，麻斜街道次年设立，社区随之隶属于街道。[2]
