麻斜村是湛江市坡头区麻斜街道下辖的行政村，村委会驻地在麻斜村，故名。^[1]村民种植麻斜软红米，2020年8月以此品类入选广东省首批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村。^[1]^[2]

历史沿革[edit]

麻斜在清代隶吴川县南一都，租借给法国期间被称作“东营”。1950年4月起划归滨海区，1954年撤村建乡设麻斜乡，1958年称麻斜生产大队，隶属坡头人民公社，1961年归海头人民公社，1984年6月划入坡头区。^[1]

街道设立的1985年，这里称麻斜村委会；1989年一度叫管理区，1999年管理区撤销，名称定为麻斜村民委员会，至今未变。^[1]

经济[edit]

麻斜软红米栽种在麻斜村与麻新村一带海河交汇处的稻田，2021年4月进入全国名特优新农产品名录第一批。^[2]据渡口词条，麻斜村村民可免费乘坐麻斜渡口的轮渡。^[3]荣誉方面：村在2019年9月被列为广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位，2026年3月被认定为第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇。^[1]
