怡海社区是湛江市坡头区南调街道下辖的社区，因辖区内有怡海公园而得名。2020年7月，它从海东社区分出，设居民委员会。[1]

怡海公园[edit]

按百度百科的介绍，怡海公园选址坡头区南调片区的瑶贯新垉一块地，定位为市级综合公园，尚属规划建设项目。用地约466.74亩，水面占去其中约181.59亩；预算投资近1亿元（9984.83万元）。园内按主题分四区——城市客厅、小城记忆、军港印象、弄海湿地，环形绿道长约2370米。[2]
