平乐上社区（又称平乐上村社区）是湛江市霞山区乐华街道（由湛江经济技术开发区管理）下辖的社区，原为平乐村的一部分，因地势较高而称“上”[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
此地原属平乐村。1983年湛江市政府批准把平乐村一分为二，上半部的自然村设为平乐上行政村；其后依次改称村民委员会（1986年）、管区（1991年），1999年管理区撤销后重设村民委员会，2010年改为社区居委会，至今未变[1]。
荣誉[edit]
- 2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单[1]
