最早是1959年的新港农副业大队，下分4个农副业小队；1988年称新港管理区，直到1999年才有龙画村委会这个名字。[2]
经济社会[edit]
据百度百科，1999年以来该村推进新农村建设，村道硬底化3公里，村民全部参加医保；常住人口2111人、600户。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，龙画村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[2]
