北月村在广东省湛江市，属霞山区，隶属友谊街道，是行政村，位于霞山区的西南边缘，再往外就是麻章区的鹿绪、客路等村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村的前身是1950年的北调乡，此后名称屡变：1956年为高级社，1957年湖光公社，1958年红光公社，1959年北月大队，1978年蔬菜公社，1999年起为北月村民委员会。上级方面，1987年归海头乡，1995年归海头镇，2004年归海头街道，2010年改隶友谊街道。[1]

荣誉[edit]

北月村在2021年1月被评入湛江市2020年度「全市文明村」，2023年11月又成为广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村之一。[1]
