霞山村是湛江市霞山区工农街道所辖的行政村，位于湛江主城区。新中国成立时，由坑尾、路坡、坡仔、内村四个自然村组成霞山村委会，此后一直沿用这一名称。[1]

据博雅地名网，霞山村的名称取自辖区内的霞山村，新中国成立时由坑尾、路坡、坡仔、内村四个自然村组成村委会，现归工农街道管辖。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，霞山村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2022年9月获评「2022年湛江市文明村」；2026年3月被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
