历史沿革[edit]

湛江京基房地产开发公司建起西粤京基城，2009年由湛江市民政局批准定名，社区随即按这个名称设立。[1]2019年9月，社区列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
