河湾村是恩平市大槐镇所辖的行政村，村委会在旧325国道大槐水泥厂旁，临近沈海高速公路大槐出口，下有10条自然村，下岭村、红星村是其中推行「三清三拆三整治」的先行点。[1][2]

村域13平方千米，耕地1241亩，农业以水稻为主。[1]

人口民族[edit]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年至1957年为乡，1958年为生产大队，1984年改乡政府，1986年起设村民委员会，1989年改称管理区，1998年10月9日批准定名河湾村民委员会，此后未变。[1]

经济[edit]

据恩平市人民政府网2025年7月刊出的报道，河湾村配合恩平工业园大槐片区修建市政道路，并鼓励村民进园区企业上班，在家门口就业。[2]

文化[edit]

该报道称，河湾村当时正在创建「全国文明村」：37名党员与群众结对，下岭村和红星村在乡贤带动下清理乱堆乱放、拆除危旧房与违章建筑、整治垃圾和污水；村道全部硬底化，立路灯360盏，设3个健身点、配18件器材；村里还订有村规民约，评选文明家庭，组建了志愿服务队。[2]
