村集体收入来自果场、山林出租和土地流转。[1]村里铺设了潭流村道，建设永安村塘坦、塘基和防护栏，并修建长龙垌的排灌渠工程。[1]2023年11月，福坪村入选广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村。[1]
