茫洲村是广东省台山市川岛镇的一个行政村，全村在下川岛西面的离岛茫洲岛（又写作漭洲岛）上，下辖茫头、年丰两条自然村。茫洲岛北面隔海是海宴，西南隔海是北陡，离芙湾村的合螺石码头约8海里。[1][2] 村民世代以打鱼为生，岛上长期缺电、缺水、通信不畅；2021年以来，通信网络、绿色微电网等工程相继完成。[1][3]

茫洲岛约6.8平方千米，平面呈三角形，有沙滩11处，东边的大白滩长三百多米。岛上有3座山丘，镇政府的介绍记主峰海拔160米、最高的班石贵山海拔299米。[2] 岛上淡水少，不适合种水稻。[2]

人口[edit]

据百度百科，全村户籍人口七百多人，但常住岛上的不到170人，且以老人居多。[1]

经济[edit]

村里的经济以渔业和山林为主。[2] 据南方都市报2026年的报道，茫洲村成立了强村公司，引进的绿色微电网项目让村集体每年增收4.4万元；村里还通过与企业联营开发乡村旅游，每年获得集体分红。[4]

交通与民生[edit]

村民进出主要靠渡船，每周有三个班次往返茫洲岛和下川岛。[1]

岛上通信长期不便，曾被称作「信息孤岛」。据南方日报2022年的报道，2021年岛上的电信基站升级后，全村实现4G网络覆盖；2022年又建成一处甲醇水氢燃料电池发电的海岛示范点。[1][3] 百度百科记载，岛上后来建成5G基站，信号覆盖全岛和近海；2023年修了一条长400米的排洪渠，并清淤疏浚茫洲渡口；2024年10月，「光伏+储能」绿色微电网投入运行，全岛可以24小时供电。[1] 茫洲还被选作燃气灶改用电力的试点。[4]

川岛镇曾以茫洲村为试点，让渔民出海时「挂牌」登记，以便随时掌握出海和返航的情况。[3]
