独湾村是广东省台山市川岛镇的一个行政村，在下川岛川中平原的东端，东面临海，与上川岛隔海相对。村内的独湾港是下川岛与大陆山咀港、与上川岛之间客运渡轮的停靠港。[1][2] 据百度百科，独湾村是一个革命老区村；它在2017年10月成为广东省卫生村。[1]

村子北倚鹅公山，南靠冲天峰，与塔边村、水平村相邻，面积9.8平方千米。[1][2] 村东有一处较大的海湾，村名「独湾」即取自这处海湾。[2] 下辖的自然村，镇政府列出5条，百度百科在此之外还列有龙尾，共6条。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村民以农业为主。耕地是土层较浅的沙质田，种植稻谷、番薯、花生、甘蔗、木薯、茶叶和水果；百度百科还提到村民养猪，并放养牛羊。[1][2]

交通[edit]

从山咀港乘轮渡到独湾港，单程约35分钟。[3] 港口设有候船区，有旅游专线大巴从这里开往王府洲景区。[1] 据南方都市报2026年的报道，独湾码头新建的候船厅已经建成，川岛镇也正把独湾村作为第四批典型村来培育。[4]
