高笋村是广东省台山市川岛镇下辖的行政村，位于上川岛中部，上川岛的主干公路从村边经过。村委会设在石笋，另两条自然村是高冠和琴冲。[1][2] 村民半农半渔，种稻谷，也做海水养殖；2020年高笋村被评为广东省森林乡村。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村域面积14.7平方千米，背山面海。[1][2] 上川岛在石笋一带收窄成蜂腰形，最窄处只有1.2千米宽；村前原有一道连岛沙坝，后来淤积成海积平原。石笋东面是石笋角海湾，西面是大海湾，北面与沙塘村相接，南面隔着山与琴冲相邻。[3]

高冠在上川岛东南部，有深水港湾和沙滩。[2][4] 琴冲村前的大湾海是上川岛的滩涂养殖基地，川岛镇在琴冲设有红树林湿地保护小区。[2][5] 百度百科记载村内有高岭岩、钙长石和黑云母等矿产。[1]

经济[edit]

村民务农之外，还出海捕捞，并在网箱和滩涂中养殖水产。农作物有水稻、花生、番薯和蔬菜，镇政府称高笋是上川岛的主要产粮区之一；禽畜以鸡和牛为主。[1][2] 石笋出产的芥菜叶片厚、味道甜，琴冲的滩涂盛产青口和生蚝。[2]

2019年，高笋村入选2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2021年，村里的水渠完成了硬底化改造。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

石笋村外的田野里立着一根花岗岩质的石柱，露出地面185厘米，表面风化明显，当地人说不清它何时出现，村名「石笋」即由此而来。村里还有一处「石笋村航海标志」，始建于1514年，属县级保护对象；台山市人民政府在2017年为它立了碑。[3]

文化[edit]

上川岛每年农历五月初一过米笼节，用岛上的榔鼓叶编成小笼，装米蒸熟；这一习俗形成于清代，当地把它和海盗张保仔的传说联系在一起。[3]
