早禾石村是广东省台山市北陡镇下辖的行政村，村委会在镇的西南面，离镇政府约2千米；村东濒临镇海湾，隔海与横山相对。[1][2]
全村面积3.36平方千米，设8个村民小组，镇政府2026年公布有475户、1792人。2021年7月，村党总支获评「江门市先进基层党组织」。[2][1]

村子位于镇海湾西岸。按2026年的数字，林地1725亩，农作物种植面积1530亩，咸围1130亩，海滩150亩。[2] 快懂百科记辖区面积为1.36平方千米，与上述3.36平方千米不同。[3]
经济[edit]
村民种稻谷、花生、番薯和蔬菜，畜禽以生猪和鸡为主；咸围中养殖蚝、鱼、虾、蟹，是村里的特色产业。[2]
村里实行河长制，开展「文明积分」等活动，近年完成了排灌渠硬化、河堤修复等工程。[1]
