铜鼓村是广东省江门市台山市赤溪镇下辖的行政村，在镇的西南部，离镇政府所在的田头圩18千米，离台城69千米。[1][2] 全村面积28.49平方千米，有5个自然村、9个村民小组；据赤溪镇人民政府2026年的资料，户籍人口3234人，常住2850人，另有侨胞约25人。[2]

国能台电（国华台山火力发电厂）和台山核电站两座电厂都在铜鼓村境内，村子也处在大广海湾经济区的核心地带。[2] 村里的海边有黑沙湾和海角城等滨海景点，钦头村河口还有南宋将领刘师勇的墓。[5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

1924年9月，新宁铁路的创办人陈宜禧受孙中山委任，负责筹办铜鼓商埠，打算把铁路修到赤溪铜鼓，并在这里开辟商港；后来招股不足、贷款落空，陈宜禧又被迫离职，计划没有实现。[7]

1991年，铜鼓与田头等12个管理区一起从赤溪镇划出，组成田头镇；1996年铜鼓仍是田头镇的管理区。2001年田头镇撤销，铜鼓随之并入赤溪镇。[4]

经济[edit]

两座电厂规划的装机容量合计接近2000万千瓦，为附近村民提供了不少就业机会；2007年11月，中国能源协会授予台山市「中国电能源产业基地」称号。[2] 据2026年的报道，铜鼓村盘活集体资产，把它置换成股权，改变了只靠土地发包增收的局面。[3]

村组两级在2025年共收入1015.44万元，来源有鱼塘、咸围和山林的发包，以及集体房屋的出租。[2] 村里已启动昌盛商业广场的建设，并完成了涛声路和茭笋河北侧公路的硬化、主干道照明等工程。[2] 铜鼓村曾获「广东省民主法治村」称号。[2]

旅游方面，铜鼓渔塘湾的海角城有一片月牙形的沙滩；附近的黑沙湾沙色发黑，据介绍是远海冲来的次生矿物海绿石在岸边堆积所致。[5] 2026年的报道提到，镇里正在对接「铜鼓海之韵」等文旅项目。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

刘师勇墓位于钦头村河口西岸，建在离海约30米的沙丘上，用青砖砌成，碑上刻「宋太保讳师勇刘公大人墓」。[6] 刘师勇是南宋将领，曾奉命守卫常州；1275年常州失陷后，他突围南下，与张世杰等人在海上继续抵抗元军，后来醉后落海身亡，遗体漂到钦头河口，由当地村民埋葬，称为刘太保墓。[6]

早在明万历三年（1575年），龙颈村就建起太保庙供奉刘师勇；到1893年（清光绪十九年）重修墓地时，又在钦头村和大衾山南湾各建了一座太保庙。[6]

旧时的赤溪八景中有「铜鼓涛声」一景。[8]
