沙冲村是大江镇所辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，在镇北部，离镇政府约4.5千米，周围是山前村、大巷村、东头村和铁窖村。[1] 这一带旧称斗洞，所产的「斗洞茨菇」是大江镇的「一镇一品」农产品。[4][1]

全村约2.5平方千米，以平原为主，分15个村民小组，划为1个智慧网格；常住1132人，户籍登记618户、2364人。[1] 沙冲村与石桥村都已列入广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村名单。[5][1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子周围河涌纵横，起初叫「沙涌」，后来改写作「沙冲」。[1] 1904年，沙冲村的归侨伍于政联合附近士绅组织埠董局，在潭江边筹建新埠，这就是后来的公益埠。[2]

近年村里先后获得多项荣誉：2020年入选「江门市基层党建示范村」，2021年获「台山市先进基层党组织」，2022年获「台山市抓党建促乡村振兴示范村」，2023年获「广东省乡村治理示范村」，2024年获「江门市先进基层党组织」。[1] 村委会资料把列入省第二批典型村的时间记为2026年，镇政府概况则记在2025年6月。[1][5]

经济[edit]

村里以种植业为主，重点是茨菇。据镇政府网站的介绍，全村种茨菇有200多亩，三十多户在种，多数种植户已有三十年以上经验；当地土质和环境适合茨菇生长，产品个大饱满、口感绵实。[4][1]

茨菇在春节前后上市，是台山人过年做传统宴席「九大簋」时少不了的食材；当地祭祀用的茨菇常保留顶端的小尖，取「添男丁」的寓意。[4]

村里近年修建了沙冲公园，改造了八米大街等道路设施。[1] 村委会资料列出的乡贤有伍炳亮、伍海山、李伟祥等。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

宋上柱国伍公祠在沙冲的咀潮村，始建于1578年，2011年重修，占地420平方米。祠堂坐东南朝西北，面阔三间，两进一天井，清水砖墙、灰瓦屋面，主体仍是明代建筑；后厅供奉祖先牌位。[3] 每年清明节后的第二个星期日，各地伍氏宗亲和海外侨胞回到这里参加祭祖。[3]
