桥湖社区是广东省台山市台城街道下辖的社区，位于街道北部，2002年9月设立社区居委会。它是由村委会改制而来的社区，原有的农村集体经济组织仍然保留，辖区内有4个居民小组、9条自然村和13个集体经济组织。[1][2]
台城街道办事处公布的管辖面积约1.17平方千米，常住人口约1.78万；百度百科记面积2平方千米，2022年常住人口17302人、户籍人口10729人。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
据百度百科，社区东面靠石化山和三台山，西面以台城河为界、与河北村相邻，南面连着城区，北面是仓下社区。[2]
经济[edit]
社区集体的经营收入主要来自出租房屋和商铺，居民多在外务工或经商。[1] 百度百科记载，社区有厂房4.3万平方米、商铺1800平方米和北郊农贸综合市场，集体年纯收入约150万元。[2] 城北商业城带动了周边商业，辖区商铺有五百多家。[1]
社区设施[edit]
区内的住宅小区有六福山庄、嘉华苑等。教育机构有7家：培正中学、李谭更开纪念中学、培正小学、城北小学，以及培正谢林宝珠、六福、工业3所幼儿园。中国银行、建设银行、农业银行、邮政储蓄银行和农村信用社在区内设有网点，城北市场和北郊市场是两个农贸市场。[1]
荣誉[edit]
社区2020年被评为「江门市基层党建示范社区」，2021年获「江门市先进基层党组织」称号，2022年被评为「江门市绿色社区」；社区所属的石洞村2019年被评为「江门市文明村」。[1][2]
