上朗社区是广东省台山市台城街道下辖的社区，位于街道南部，面积0.89平方千米，下设五福、南桥、南湖、南安4个居民小组。社区由原城南村委会改制而来，2002年9月起称上朗社区居委会。[1][2]

2025年12月，社区户籍人口8080人（3100户），常住人口约2.2万人，流动人口约1.65万人。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

上朗一带1953年属城南乡，1958年成为附城公社的城南大队。1986年这里划入台城镇，称城南管理区；1999年设立城南村委会；2002年9月，城南村委会改制为上朗社区居委会。[2]

地理环境[edit]

社区北面到南门桥一带的台城河，南面到台冲路，东以龙湾路为界，西以台海路为界。环市中路、环市东路、台海路和台冲路是区内的主要道路，802路、803路、807路公交车经过。[1][2]

经济[edit]

社区下有村民小组经济合作社7个，集体收入主要来自集体资源和商铺物业的出租。[1][2] 区内有新宁市场，各类中小商铺、食肆635间。[1]

社区设施[edit]

辖区有台城敬老院、礼边卫生站和中医诊所等医疗机构5间，新宁小学北校区、上朗幼儿园和向阳花幼儿园等教育机构5间，另有宁凤公园、政协林小公园等文体场所12处。[1]

荣誉[edit]

社区2016年被评为「广东省宜居社区」，2022年被评为「广东省绿色社区」。[1]
