英南村在广东省江门市江海区礼乐街道南部，离街道办事处约半公里，东北边是东红村，南面靠近新会轻轨站，面积约2.09平方千米。[1]
村分五个自然村里：聚兴里、北乐里，南乐里、西龙里与南雄里。村里累计获得6项全国性荣誉，如全国先进基层党组织，还有全国民主法治示范村等。[1]
