百度百科载明，辖区约5平方千米，下辖9条自然村，共893户；户籍人口1378人，外来人口反而有2805人，为前者的2.2倍左右，是典型的“村改居”社区。[1]2007年11月，社区的流动人口服务中心启用。[2]
