三板社区是珠海市金湾区红旗镇下辖的社区，在镇的西面，与三板村相邻，属城乡结合地段。[1]“三板”得名于三板山。[2]

地名由来与沿革[edit]

三板山原是海岛，由三座小山包连成，两头低、中间高；涨潮时远看像水上漂着的舢板，渔民先称“舢板山”，后简称三板山。[2]据百度百科，1962年解放军围海造田，1969年之后建立国营农场并设红旗糖厂，糖厂于2004年停产；社区1999年10月成立，前身有三板分场等，2002年8月改为居委会。[1]

人口与产业[edit]

百度百科记，社区常住人口7625人，其中户籍3726人、外来3899人；辖区工业园区有企业75家，商铺80间；本地居民多为糖厂退休工人和失地后再就业的农场职工。[1]2021年，社区进了广东省2020年度学雷锋志愿服务的先进典型名单。[1]

范围调整[edit]

2026年6月，区政府批复把双湖社区的一块区域划入三板社区，并将三板社区在珠海大道以南的辖区交给八一社区。[3]
