广安社区在金湾区红旗镇的主城区中心地带，东面是水松路，西到广达路，是由几个居委会合并而成的社区。[1]居委会设在环山路11号。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1990年1月，这里设立红旗管理区，后称红旗分区。2000年2月管理区撤销、红旗镇成立，辖地改称广安居委会；2003年8月，珠海市民政局为它定名“广安”，此名沿用至今。[2]百度百科的说法稍有不同：社区由原广安、安淡两个居委会和水松居委会的一部分整合，2013年建立。[1]

百度百科记，社区核心区域0.088平方千米，人口3752人（未注明年份），先后得到“省和谐侨区先进单位”和“市生态示范社区”的称号；辖区有四家单位和近百个商业网点，属老旧小区改造的重点区域。[1]

范围调整[edit]

2026年6月10日，金湾区政府批复，把双湖社区在珠海大道以北、以双湖北路为界的一块区域划入广安社区。[3]
