鸡咀村是珠海市斗门区井岸镇的行政村，清光绪年间有农民围垦、定居于此，早先写作“鸡嘴冲”“鸡嘴”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年后最初叫鸡嘴冲村，归中山县第八区的乾东乡；此后改称鸡嘴队，并入乾务公社东澳大队；1984年改为乡，由坭湾区公所管；到1986年才定名鸡咀村民委员会，划属井岸镇。[1]博雅地名网称村名因村民委员会设在鸡咀村而来。[1]
