白藤街道在珠海市斗门区的东南端，属广东省，辖8个社区，办事处设于2011年6月，由省政府批准。[1][4]街道东临磨刀门水道，西接红旗镇，南与金湾区三灶镇交界，北至尖峰大桥和友谊河。[1]地名取自白藤山，山上曾长满名为白藤的藤本植物。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

街道所在的白藤湖一带原为海域。围垦始于1971年2月，当时的斗门县设了“根治白藤湖指挥部”，调白蕉、六乡、坭湾三个公社的民兵和村民共800人筑堤造田，1974年底完工。[1][4]另据百度百科，白藤湖的堵海防咸工程始于1958年，白藤大堤于1961年合拢。[6]

此后机构几经变动：1994年4月县里先设白藤湖、城南两个办事处，2002年10月二者并为一处，2005年7月撤销，地方划归井岸镇。[4]2011年6月，省政府同意设立斗门区白藤街道办事处。[1][4]街道党工委与办事处2012年1月起正式办公。[3]

地理环境[edit]

白藤山原是一座孤岛，街道因山得名。[2]辖区东至磨刀门水道，西至鸡啼门水道，北以尖峰大桥、友谊河为界，省道S272由西北向东南纵贯其间。[1][3]博雅地名网记，往港珠澳大桥拱北口岸、珠海机场和珠海城轨站各约20公里，到珠海港为25公里。[3]

关于面积，百度百科记为39.15平方千米，其中鹤洲北垦区约占14.57平方千米；[1]博雅地名网的街道页写作约39.14平方公里，其概况页是早期的数字，写作17平方公里，水、陆各占一半。[2][3]辖区有32个河段、23条河道，设区、街道、社区三级河长。[5]

据百度百科，2025年5月的统计为：常住9.08万人，户籍约5.16万人。[1]博雅地名网引第七次全国人口普查结果，2020年（公布于2021年6月）常住人口为6.59万人，在斗门区各街道镇中居第4位。[2]

百度百科载，2017年，街道全年固定资产投资完成43.85亿元，比上年多19.9%。[1]2020年12月街道负责人在区电台民生热线上介绍，湖心路日车流量超过5万辆，白藤一路因路窄拥堵，已列入区交通建设五年计划；双湖路跨鸡啼门特大桥在建，建成后将是白藤湖、尖峰南与金湾区之间的第一座大桥。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

百度百科把箓猗堂、黄杨山、金台寺和斗门古街列为街道的著名景点，[1]但这些景点各自所在的行政区域以相应条目为准。街道内的白藤湖面积约20平方千米，水陆各半，建有别墅群和蝴蝶公园。[6]
