三溪科创小镇发展中心是广东省珠海市香洲区设立的园区管理机构，统计用区划将它列为乡镇级单位。它负责的三溪科创小镇在香洲区西北角，因沥溪、南溪、福溪三条溪水在此会合而得名；2020年1月，发展中心揭牌，承担小镇的统筹规划、经济建设、园区配套和运营管理。[1][2]2023年3月，园区由“小镇”升格，称三溪科创城，规划总面积14.05平方千米。[1][2]

香洲区政府在2017年10月首次提出三溪科创小镇的构想，目的是改造升级市、区的旧工业区；其后该项目进入粤港澳大湾区重点项目的名单。[4]发展中心在2020年1月挂牌运作；同年2月7日，园区首期项目“格创·集城”的用地摘牌，3月2日动工，是小镇建设的开端。[1][4]2023年3月，园区正式揭牌为三溪科创城。[1]

地理环境[edit]

园区位于香洲区西北部，与香海高速相邻，并与广澳高速衔接。[1]“三溪”指沥溪、南溪、福溪三条溪水。[1]据珠海政企通的介绍，规划范围包括南溪、沥溪、福溪、界涌四个村，以及山星工业城、原前山商贸物流中心两处工业物流用地。[3]这些村现今分别是凤山街道的南溪、沥溪、福溪、界涌社区，凤山街道于2020年6月22日挂牌，由原前山街道的9个社区划出组成。[5][6]

各来源给出的规划面积随年份而不同：2020年报道称小镇规划面积13.24平方千米、建设用地6.75平方千米；[4]2023年升格后，规划总面积为14.05平方千米，其中规划建设用地8.95平方千米，被称为主城区唯一能成片开发的土地空间。[1][2]

管理与建设[edit]

发展中心揭牌后，园区的规划、招商与配套建设由其统筹。[1]2024年初的报道称，2020年开工以来，园区的规模以上企业从142家增加到229家，规模以上工业企业从51家增加到83家。[1]沥溪村原第一、第二工业区于2020年收储约6.5万平方米用地后腾退清拆，另建沥溪产业园，该园2022年4月动工，2024年9月通过验收，由凤山街道、承建企业与三溪科创城发展中心合力建成。[1][7]

名胜古迹[edit]

园区规划中保留了所在村落的旧建筑：沥溪村的苏曼殊故居和简氏大宗祠按修旧如旧的原则修复，并入名为“漫舒·溪里”的综合配套项目，开发中还利用了原村落老建筑拆下的砖料和古树。[1]
