银星社区是珠海市香洲区唐家湾镇下辖的社区，由旧日的银坑片区发展而来。[1]银坑得名于银矿：据《广州府志》，北宋末年此地发现银矿，百姓争相开采；明代建村时曾称「银溪」，海湾旧称「银涌角」。老渔村后来转为城市社区，名称由「银坑」改为「银星」。[1]2026年1月，银星社区获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[2]
