历史沿革[edit]
社区2002年1月设立，设立后名称沿用至今。[2]
经济[edit]
辖区商圈和公园较多，沿前山河建有1100平方米的社区植物园。[3] 环宇城、诚丰广场等商圈设有停车引导和智能寻车系统，社区把辖区107台智感安防设备接入公安“视频云”平台。[3]
社区还建起「社区工厂+零工市场+就业驿站+新业态红色驿站」，简称「两厂（场）两站」，用来搭建「15分钟就业便民圈」。[3][1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年1月，岱山社区被确认为2023年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」；2025年11月，社区进入「广东省未来社区（完整社区）建设试点」名单。[2]
