茜坑社区在深圳市龙华区福城街道的东南部，辖区约4.265平方千米，主要道路有龙澜快线、观天路和茜坑路。[1] 社区2009年6月1日挂牌成立，2020年12月21日一分为二，另设新和社区。[1]

辖区有7个工业园区和293家工厂企业，以制造业为主，规模以上工业企业61家，规上工业占比79%。[1] 鸿创科技中心占地8.34万平方米，建筑面积40万平方米，入驻企业43家，其中上市公司4家。[1]

社区下辖茜坑新村、茜坑老村两个城中村；另有三个花园小区：龙湖山庄、玺园和招商锦绣观园；两个村都已完成城中村综合整治。[1] 新华社2024年的报道把茜坑列为继上围村之后正在复兴的客家古村之一。[2] 社区2025年组织过客家建筑制图测绘活动，2026年4月办了客家文化节。[3][4] 茜坑水库也在福城街道，建成于1992年前后，是龙华区的饮用水源地之一。[5]
