明珠社区在深圳市盐田区盐田街道的中部，名称来自辖区内的明珠大道。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

这里原是盐田村委会的一部分，后来叫三村村委会。1992年特区农村转为城市后，盐田村委会解散，成立盐田三村居委会；2002年另设明珠社区居民委员会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

盐田区政府网站介绍：社区东面是盐田路，西面是永安路，南面是梧桐山大道，北面到红花岭水库，面积约6.5平方千米。博雅地名网则记面积约11平方千米。[1][2]

人口民族[edit]

博雅地名网记人口33028人，其中户籍1994人，约9541户；盐田区政府网站记总人口约47000人。[1][2] 社区分8个居民小组，有裕泰、裕宏两家村集体股份公司。[1]

2022年8月，社区被认定为「第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」，同时列为2022年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
