龙珠社区是深圳市龙岗区布吉街道的社区，2006年6月成立，辖区面积30多万平方米，有5个花园和5个工业区。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，「龙珠」取意龙岗的一颗明珠。1996年宝兴公司开发龙珠花园，是深圳较早规划的三十层高层住宅区；该网记载居委会设于2002年8月，街道网站则记社区设立于2006年6月。深圳市住房和建设局在2022年3月公布首批绿色（宜居）社区名单，龙珠社区在列。[2]

社区概况[edit]

社区东起天时工厂，南到京南路，西到罗岗桥，北靠龙岗大道。据2020年6月公布的社区概况，辖区有81栋楼房、9561套房、7487户，共26050人，户籍人口10542人；花园有龙珠、龙威、翡翠星光园、大都汇和超群大厦，工业区有华美、金联冠、金鑫、南上、天时，工厂企业和商铺约427家。[1]

社区特色[edit]

社区老年大学2013年1月挂牌，占地650平方米，有书画、乒乓球、合唱、乐器、太极拳等课程，2016年获龙岗区「社区四星级老年大学」称号。中共深圳市龙岗区委于2016年7月授予龙珠社区党委先进基层党组织称号。[1]
