社区概况[edit]

据街道网站2020年6月公布的社区概况，社区四至为：东靠广深铁路西侧，南抵宝丽路北侧，西临布吉河与乐民路，北到大坪路、公园路南侧。辖区内住宅小区13个，有长兴楼、吉信大厦、布吉中心广场、怡心苑、宝丽苑、芙蓉苑、莲花山庄等，另有宝电、吉冠、杰克三个工业区。[1]

当时辖区房屋750栋，住户6560户，居住约1.05万人（户籍6494人，常住8796人）；社区里办有成人学校和中心小学，也有莲花小学、莲花幼儿园等。[1]
