南新社区是广东省深圳市龙岗区南湾街道下辖的城市社区，沿布沙路分布，2009年7月27日挂牌成立。[1][2]

社区总面积1.8平方千米。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

社区由南岭村和南和新村分设而来，各取一字，得名南新。[3]

辖区与人口[edit]

街道网站（2021年12月发布）载，社区常住人口29928人，其中户籍6505人、流动人口28275人；辖区有楼栋419栋、房屋14119套。[1] 包括金桔苑、鸿润豪苑2个商品房小区，城中村小区5个（普强花园、新塘西、山水苑，以及南和新村、大坑新村），以及玉岭花园1个小产权房小区；社区内还有粤强、南和两家企业和南岭派出所。[1]
