白芒社区位于深圳市南山区最北部，处在西丽水库与铁岗水库两处水源保护区之间，由白芒、牛成两个自然村组成，面积约9.45平方千米。[1] 社区工作站2005年成立，采用一站两居的形式，设白芒居委会和牛成居委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记，白芒村始于1615年张统夫妇南迁此地，此后子孙繁衍；白芒社区居委会设于2001年。[2] 邻近的麻磡村，据百度百科是白芒村张姓后人迁出所建。[3]

社区概况[edit]

社区东面从米长坑起，南面到西丽果场同十八中队相邻处，西面以石发龙与宝石公路交会处为界，北面抵白芒检查站。[1] 区内有深圳海关培训基地、保安公司训练基地、白芒小学和百旺学校等。[1] 到2015年1月，统计的户籍者约1043人，外来常住者约2.2万人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

白芒社区2020年12月获广东省爱卫会授予的「2020年广东省卫生村」称号，2019年9月又名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[2]
