留仙社区位于深圳市南山区西丽街道，辖区约1.3平方千米，由两块组成：一块是深圳职业技术学院（今深圳职业技术大学）的东西两个校区连同深圳实验学校高中部，另一块是留仙居一带的住宅区，大致在新高路、同发路、留仙大道、同沙路之间。[1] 留仙社区居委会成立于2004年11月。[2]

社区材料载，辖区共6个居民小区，即留仙居、嘉兴苑、丽雅苑、西丽蓝天、金泰楼和宝能华府，有住宅65栋；区内也有南山区政府的部分机构；社区人口11370人（该页未注明年份）。[1] 名称来自社区办公地所在的留仙居。[2]
